Roof Installation Services

Slate Roofs

Natural slate is one of the most durable and elegant roofing options available. It’s perfect for traditional homes and offers a lifespan of over 100 years with minimal maintenance. Slate is resistant to mould, fire, and frost.

Concrete or Clay Tiles

These classic options are ideal for pitched roofs. Concrete tiles are cost-effective and versatile, available in a variety of colours and profiles. Clay tiles offer a premium finish, enhanced durability, and improved resistance to weathering.

Insulated Systems

We install breathable membranes and insulation layers beneath your new roof to improve energy efficiency, reduce heating costs, and help prevent condensation. It’s not just about replacing what’s broken — it’s about upgrading how your home performs.

New Roofs for Extensions

Building a home or extending your property? We work with homeowners and contractors to install custom roofing solutions that match the style of your existing structure and meet all current building regulations.

When are you looking to start?

  • What areas do you cover?
We serve all of Leinster, including Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Meath, and surrounding areas. If you're within 60km of Dublin, we’re happy to come to you for inspections, quotes, and roofing work.
  • How soon can you come out to look at my roof?
We aim to respond to inspection requests within 24–48 hours, and we offer priority service for emergencies or storm damage. Just give us a call or fill out our contact form and we’ll schedule you in.
  • Do you offer free inspections and quotes?
Absolutely. We offer free, no-obligation roof inspections and provide clear, written quotes so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins. No pressure, no surprises.
  • What kind of guarantee do you provide?
All of our work — whether it’s a repair, a new roof, or a roofline upgrade — comes with a written guarantee. We stand behind our workmanship and use only quality materials that are built to last.
  • How often should I have my roof inspected or maintained?
We recommend a professional roof inspection once a year, ideally before or after winter. Regular checks help catch minor issues — like loose tiles or blocked gutters — before they become major repairs.
  • Can you maintain or clean my roof to extend its life?
Yes. We offer roof maintenance services, including moss removal, gutter clearing, and minor repairs. Regular upkeep helps prevent leaks, water damage, and tile deterioration — and keeps your roof looking its best.
  • How long does a typical roof last in Ireland?
With proper installation and maintenance, most roofs in Ireland last 20–30 years (or more for slate). Factors like materials, ventilation, weather exposure, and upkeep play a major role in your roof’s lifespan.
  • Do you offer maintenance plans or scheduled check-ups?
While we don’t offer formal plans yet, many of our clients ask us to return annually for scheduled roof health checks — especially landlords or homeowners with older roofs. We’re happy to set this up on request.
